Warranty Policy

Our watches are warranted to be free from defects in materials, manufacturing, the watch movement, hands and dial only for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original purchase. A copy of the receipt is required for warranty repairs.

If, during the warranty period, the watch is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, Waqting will repair or replace the watch, at its sole discretion.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, normal wear and tear or aging.
  • Water damage if care instructions for the product's water resistance levels (as marked on the product) were not followed.
  • Products that are not purchased from an authorized retailer.

This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence of persons other than authorized retailer, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is void if the serial number or product date codes or other tracking marks have been removed, altered or obliterated.

The customer is responsible for shipping the watch to Waqting and we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced watch back to the customer.

This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, any rights you may have under applicable law.
